Tolerances
Our Tempoform process casts correspond to the GTA 14 DIN 1688 standard, also corresponding to the ISO 8062 standard. Contact us if you need further information concerning the tolerances.

Flatness
0.025 mm. per 25 mm
Attainable flatness also varies with the configuration of the casting.

Surface finish
4-5 µm

Wall thickness
1 mm on smaller sections. Larger areas must be designed with minimum 1,5 mm wall thickness.

Draft Angels
No draft angels are required

Alloys
Aluminium AlSi7Mg
Magnesium AZ91, AM50, AM60
Zinc ZA 8

Heat treatment
T4, T5, T6
